You can drive to us freely at any time of day or night without the need for daily permits, extra fees, or the risk of traffic fines. Parking is available on the nearby streets right outside the restricted area, making it a rare and convenient choice for staying in the Palermo historic center.
To ensure maximum flexibility for our guests, we offer 24/7 check-in via a secure smartbox. Whether you have a late-night flight or a morning arrival, you can access the apartment independently at any hour. Detailed instructions for the self check-in will be provided before your arrival to guarantee a stress-free start to your Sicilian holiday.

From the Airport: Take the airport metro and get off at Piazza Lolli station, which is just a short walk from the apartment.
From the Central Station: You can easily reach us by taking bus line 124. The strategic location in the Zisa neighborhood allows you to explore the city with ease.
Following the local regulations of the City of Palermo, there is a Tourist Tax of €4 per person. This fee is not included in the booking price and is usually collected upon arrival.
Absolutely. Our 60 m² apartment is designed for total independence. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. You will find all the necessary tools (pots, plates, and cutlery) to prepare fresh meals using local ingredients from the nearby historic markets.
Our guest house is located in the heart of the historic Zisa district. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach:
